Mary Devine

I moved to Kaua`i eleven years ago from New England where I worked for over twenty years in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on event and wedding planning. Six of those years I managed a fine dining establishment in South Windsor Connecticut and hosted hundreds of weddings and receptions. My husband Mike and I reside on the sunny Southside in Po`ipu Beach. I am a student of hula and Ikebana, a Hospice volunteer, and an ordained and licensed minister in the state of Hawai`i.

My goal is to create a unique experience for each of our clients. You won't find a cookie cutter approach here, but rather our eagerness to locate the ideal setting and elements for your wedding alone.

I was born and raised in Lugano, Switzerland and studied in Switzerland, Germany, and England. I speak four languages fluently - German, French, Italian and English. In Switzerland I worked for a large corporation and was a professional model.  More than two decades ago my husband Andrea and I moved to the United States where I worked in Chicago for the Consulate General of Switzerland.  Longing for the natural beauty of our birthplace, we were drawn to Kauai, which has been our home for the last nine years.

I am an ordained and licensed minister in the state of Hawaii. My hope is that in facilitating all aspects of your wedding, my attention to every detail will successfully minimize your stress and maximize your enjoyment of this meaningful occasion.
